I have been a fully qualified and internationally registered Hypnotherapist, as well as a Psychotherapist practitioner since 2004, before that I trained to be a Counsellor. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience having had the benefit of training with some of the world's most renowned Therapists, Trainers and Authors.

I am most fortunate to be mentored and supervised by Terence Watts, who is a senior Clinician and highly respected Author worldwide. It was at his school, the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis where I passed my Diploma in Hypnotherapy (DHP), as well as learning a wealth of advanced therapeutic techniques.

I belong to a world renowned Institute which ensures I am committed to Continued Professional Development if I am to remain affiliated with them. I hope this offers people peace of mind when choosing me as their therapist.

For a number of years, I assisted with the management of a Care Agency, as well as being a Director and holding a managerial position I worked in the Community helping people from all walks of life, enabling them to be cared for in their own homes. During this time I was diagnosed with M.E which is a debilitating illness, which I battled with, managed and eventually overcame to recover fully from.

I am also a qualified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner for which I had the benefit of being coached by Paul Mckenna, John de Valle, Michael Neill and Dr Richard Bandler ( the creator of NLP).

I am a practitioner in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Reiki, fully qualified and Insured Practitioner as well as being a member of the Association of Professional Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

I have also studied Child Psychology and lots of other related subjects. I am CRB Checked and Insured.
